NAPLES, Fla. – A Naples woman was arrested and is facing a felony charge for an elaborate scam selling empty gift cards from a Naples steakhouse. Pamela Moore, 40, was once a server at Martin Fierro Argentinian Steakhouse on Livingston Road.
